Very nice location.
Cold shower in the evening, was fixed after complaining (too late though).

I didn't like anything in this "hotel".
I didn`t like anything in this hotel. The building has no conditions to be a hotel (bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.). It has no breakfast room, so we were given a ticket to go to a café near the hotel.

It was a perfect location in the center of the town in a beautyful building. The room was simple but spatious, comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I booked a room with "shared bathroom" but I had my own private bathroom and toilet inside the room, wich was excelent! Around the hotel there were many really good restaurants. I would definetly book this hotel again, also for a longer stay, if I go back to Sansepolcro. Fantastic value for a very low cost!
